Yemoja explores my Yoruba heritage through looking at the Orisha Yemoja. A comforting motherly Orisha with links to the moon and water, Yemoja takes away her children's pain. Here she is represented amongst symbols of the Triangular Trade as a way of negotiating inherited pain
